  8. IMPORTANT - read carefully the following terms and conditions before using this software.
  9. This legal document is an agreement between you, the end-user, and VIMAS Technologies. By using this 
  10. software you accept the terms and conditions of this license agreement and warranty.

  12. Shareware Version

  14. You may evaluate the Shareware program for maximum of twenty runs, after which you must register the 
  15. program with VIMAS Technologies or remove the software from your computer.  
  16.  
  17. You may allow other users to evaluate copies of the unregistered Shareware. All evaluation users are 
  18. subject to the terms of this agreement.

  20. The evaluator/user/buyer/owner is not allowed to attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile 
  21. VIMAS Technologies software and products.
  22.  
  23. VIMAS Technologies name and any logo or graphics file that represents our software may not be used in 
  24. any way to promote products developed with our software. All parts of VIMAS Technologies software and 
  25. products are copyright protected. No program, code, part, image, video clip, audio sample, text or computer 
  26. generated sequence of images may be copied or used in any way by the user except as intended within the 
  27. bounds of the single user program.

  29. VIMAS Technologies PROVIDES THIS SOFTWARE ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, AND MAKES NO 
  30. REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE 
  31. WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-
  32. INFRINGEMENT. 
  33. The entire risk as to the quality, performance and use of this demonstration version is borne by you.

  35. VIMAS Technologies is not responsible for any damages whatsoever, including loss of information, 
  36. interruption of business, personal injury and/or any damage or consequential damage without limitation, 
  37. incurred before, during or after the use of our products.

  39. Each registered copy of the VIMAS Technologies software may be used in only one single location by one 
  40. user. Use of the software means that you have loaded the program, installed the program onto a computer 
  41. and run it. If you install the software onto a multi-user platform or network, each and every individual user of 
  42. the software must be registered separately.

  44. You may make one copy of the registered software for backup purposes, providing you only have one copy 
  45. installed on one computer being used by one person. If any person other than yourself uses VIMAS 
  46. TechnologiesÆ software registered in your name, regardless of whether it is at the same time or different 
  47. times, then this agreement is being violated!

  49. The sale of and/or distribution of registered copies of this software is strictly forbidden. It is a violation of this 
  50. agreement to loan, rent, lease, borrow, or transfer the use of registered copies of VIMAS Technologies 
  51. software products.
